I recall baking my first ever batch of macarons - with no prior macaron baking experience. Surprisingly they turned out wonderful and I fell in love with them right away. I would call it love at first sight!

Nonetheless, they say that the first time is usually your luck because all the disasters followed, starting with overmixed batters, uneven macarons, cracked macarons, hollow macarons, you name it, I've seen it. I've been through hell and back, gradually learning and mastering the art of macaron baking on my own.

Baking macarons became an obsession and an addiction for me, and I couldn't stop myself. My sisters believed I was obsessed with them, which was probably true because I was always trying to perfect them in every bake.

I am a self-taught macaron maker who has mastered the art and science of macaron making and now offers premium macarons to those seeking a taste of luxury in their lives. If I was able to satisfy your taste buds, I believe I have done my job well!
